The lion book is full of images generously donated by many of the world's top wildlife photographers. A great number of them attended the opening night at the galleria, where Johnathan Scott, one of the Big Cat People held an engaging speech, stating that Remembering Lions is a call to arms on behalf of the warrior king. "We must act now if future generations are to enjoy the sound of wild lions roaring."
Margot Raggett, the driving force behind the Remembering Wildlife initiative, presented the launch of the Lion book at the prestigious Royal Geographical Society in London. Afterwards many people queue up and waited to have their books signed by the photographers.
